Erica concentrates in real estate, family and probate law. From 1991 to 1993 Erica worked for a general practice firm in Wakefield, MA where she focused on civil litigation, family and probate and family law. In 1993 she entered into a partnership with David Peterson. The firm was known as Foster and Peterson. During the partnership she concentrated on real estate which included representing several banks in closings for single and multifamily dwellings. She was also an approved title agent for Stewart Title. Since 1997 she has run her own practice as a sole proprietor concentrating in real estate and family and probate law.
